PAYMENT - All Orders MUST Be Prepaid
(1) PayPal - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card - after CONFIRMING your order with us, you will be redirected to process your payment via credit/debit card through PayPal. An account with PayPal is not necessary when making a payment with your credit/debit card. Choose the option on the PayPal page: Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account. Credit/Debit card payments are processed within 24 hours.
(2) PayPal Account - after CONFIRMING your order with us, you will be redirected to PayPal. Login to your PayPal account and process your payment with your PayPal balance, credit/debit card. Instant Payments, Credit/Debit card payments are processed within 24 hours. PayPal eChecks are accepted and orders processed when the payment clears the PayPal system.

Upon checkout, registering an account with us is optional. However, using our Quick Checkout (no account required) you will not have access to and address book and orders history. We have a NO-SPAM policy. Any email you receive from us was either requested or required to advise you of your order. We never sell, trade or rent your personal information.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
All prices on the web sites and in printed form are assumed to be accurate, though typographical or other human errors may sometimes occur. In the event that a typographical error has been made on price and the actual price is higher than listed, the customer will be informed of the correct price and given the choice of whether to purchase at the correct price or cancel their selection of the item in question before any payment charges are made.
SHIPPING & MINIMUM TO ORDER
A $25.00 minimum to order must be met to receive discounted shipping costs. Orders under $25.00 have a flat shipping cost of $7.85 to the Contiguous 48 States and $21.95 to Alaska/Hawaii. Discounted shipping cost is by a percentage of the sub-total cost of your order. A $1.00 handling fee will be charged for all orders under $25.00.
To have your order shipped via UPS 2nd day air within the Contiguous 48 United States, choose the UPS Rush shipping option. However, keep in mind that shipping via UPS 2nd day air, the receiving time is determined from the date you receive notification that the order has been shipped. It is NOT determined by the date the order was placed.

We will ship directly to your business or you may have your products Drop Shipped directly to your customers. We only ship to locations within the Contiguous 48 United States by UPS ground or UPS 2nd day air. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will need to be shipped via USPS Priority Air Mail. We do not ship International (including Canada) or accept international customer accounts.
Products are shipped within 2-3 business days of placing the order. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery (not including holidays and weekends and depending on your location) after you receive notification that your order has been shipped. All products are shipped from our California warehouse.
ORDER PROCESS/CANCELLATIONS, STOCK, DISCONTINUED
Electronic orders are in process within 1-24 hours of placing your order. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us IMMEDIATELY. Once orders are in process, they cannot be canceled or changed for any reason, however we can add to your order and additional shipping & tax (if any) may incur.
If any products are OUT OF STOCK and an estimated in-stock date is not available at the time of placing your order, we will automatically remove the product and adjust your total and process the balance of your order. If an estimated date is provided to us, you will be notified and given the following options:
(1) One product order - given the option to wait for the product to return to stock. An estimated in-stock date will be given to help you make your decision. However, the in stock date may change and you will be notified for another decision.
(2) Multiple products ordered - canceling the out of stock product(s) only and continue to place the balance of the order. Shipping costs and tax (if any) will be adjusted for the remaining products.
(3) If item(s) in your order have been discontinued and no longer available for purchase, the item(s) will be automatically removed from your order (if multiple items) and shipping costs and tax (if any) will be adjusted for the remaining products. Single item purchases that have been discontinued and no longer available for purchase, your order will be automatically canceled and you will be notified.
TRACKING ONLINE AND DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has been shipped, you may track it quickly and easily on your computer. A tracking number will be provided and sent to your email that the order was placed under.
