Instant Payments, Credit/Debit card payments are processed within 24 hours. PayPal eChecks are accepted and orders processed when the payment clears the PayPal system.

Upon checkout, registering an account with us is optional. However, using our Quick Checkout (no account required) you will not have access to and address book and orders history. We have a NO-SPAM policy. Any email you receive from us was either requested or required to advise you of your order. We never sell, trade or rent your personal information.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
All prices on the web sites and in printed form are assumed to be accurate, though typographical or other human errors may sometimes occur. In the event that a typographical error has been made on a price and the actual price is higher than listed, the incorrect price will be honored at that time.
SHIPPING & MINIMUM TO ORDER
A $50.00 minimum to order must be met to receive discounted shipping costs. Discounted shipping cost is by a percentage of the sub-total cost of your order. A $2.00 handling fee will be charged for all orders under $35.00. View Shipping Rates.
We will Dropship directly to your home, recipients home or business. Currently, we only ship to locations within the Contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship International or accept international customer accounts. Our goal is to keep prices low for our customers. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Because of the fact that we do not inventory the items we offer, we have arranged with the suppliers of the products to have them shipped directly to you on our behalf. As a result, it is possible that you will receive your items in multiple shipments (possibly as many as 3-4 shipments, depending location of the warehouse.
Depending on your location from the warehouses and products ordered, you should receive your complete order within 2-weeks after your order is in process. Warehouse Locations: California, Georgia, Florida and Ohio. We do not have control over which carrier the warehouses utilize. All orders are shipped by ground unless we are contacted to quote overnight, 2nd or 3rd day air.
All orders MUST have a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders are insured against loss, pilferage and damage. A tracking number is placed on each package of the shipment allowing the tracing of lost shipments easy and fast. Carriers Utilized: FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority.
ORDER PROCESS/CANCELLATIONS AND STOCK
Electronic orders are in process within 1 hour of placing your order. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us IMMEDIATELY. Once orders are in process, they cannot be cancelled or changed to lesser amounts of products, however we can add to your order and additional shipping & tax (if any) may incur.
If any products are OUT OF STOCK and an estimated in-stock date is not available at the time of placing your order, we will automatically remove the product and adjust your total and process the balance of your order. If an estimated date is provided to us, you will be notified and given the following options:
(1) One product order - given the option to wait for the product to return to stock. An estimated in-stock date will be given to help you make your decision. However, the in stock date may change and you will be notified for another decision.
(2) Multiple products ordered - canceling the out of stock product(s) only and continue to place the balance of the order. Shipping costs and tax (if any) will be adjusted for the remaining products.
TRACKING ONLINE AND DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has been shipped, you may track it quickly and easily on your computer. If we receive a tracking number from the shipper, it will be provided and sent to your email that the order was placed under.
